Ana´s practice encompasses Risk Management, Compliance and Integrity, Governance and Integration of ESG aspects. She has more than 20 years of experience, including in-company activities and extensive international practice, with focus on long-term projects and partnerships with clients. In recent years, Ana has been advising companies and investment funds in topics related to Compliance, Social Responsibility and Impact Investing, among other current matters in the context of the so-called Modern and Conscious Capitalism.

REBECA ARRUDA GOMES
Rebeca's practice encompasses Dispute Resolution, Civil Law, Administrative and Regulatory Law, and Maritime Law. She also works with mediation. Rebeca worked for more than 17 years in one of the largest Brazilian law firms, and has significant experience in complex litigation in the Maritime Sector. Rebeca is recognized in Brazil and abroad as an authority in her main fields of expertise - Dispute Resolution and Maritime and Port Law (LACCA from 2016 to 2021, The Legal 500 2020 and 2021, and Análise Advocacia 500 (2018) and Mulher (2021). She is member of the Women's International Shipping and Trading Association (Wista).
